เอริค เลอคงต์ ศิลปินนักกายกรรมขนานแท้จากฝรั่งเศส ขอเชิญผู้ชม ร่วมเดินทางไปกับการแสดงที่อยู่ระหว่างท้องฟ้ากับพื้นพิภพ นำเสนอการเคลื่อนไหวอันน่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ ด้วยการผสมผสานความสามารถทางการแสดงกลางอากาศ นาฏยลีลา ละครเวที และ ศิลปะสื่อผสม เข้าด้วยกัน เขาปีนป่าย ห้อยโหนโจนทะยาน ไปจนถึงโบยบินเพื่อนำผู้ชมเข้าสู่ห้วงจินตนาการ ที่ซึ่งพรมแดนระหว่างพื้นดินกับอากาศเลือนหาย ที่ซึ่งร่างกายมนุษย์อยู่เหนือกฏแห่งแรงดึงดูด

The annual La Fete will be back in June! After last year’s mesmerizing full-housed performances of Plan B from Compagnie 111, La Fete will bring to Patravadi Theatre again a new circus act --- 9.81 by Eric Lecomte.

The universal gravitational constant discovered by Issac Newton, the constant that represents a force that accelerates mass towards the centre of the Earth.

In 9.81, creator/ performer Eric Lecomte takes on the universal law of gravitation that dictates the world we live in.

In one act after another, Lecomte conjures up a series of actions and re-actions to translate, transform, and challenge the omnipresent rule, turning the given trajectory into a visual, musical and movement journey that creates fun and inspires imagination.

The stage becomes a play set: a microcosm that involves the human and the animal alike. The music is a hybrid of natural sounds that echo the performer’s movement, which is reptilian, feline and human-like. Lecomte slides to merge the human and the animal; he crawls between heaven and earth, jumps and flies beyond the law of gravity to deliver a unique multimedia reality that delights audience of all ages.
